The Ma'anshan Yangtze River Highway and Railway Dual Use Bridge is a control project of the Chaoma Intercity Railway. The Chaoma Intercity Railway is an important component of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network between Hefei and Shanghai, with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The Chaoma Intercity Railway, as the first intercity railway project jointly built by a province or city in Anhui Province, connects the Shanghe Hangzhou high-speed railway to the north and the Jiangsu South Yangtze River intercity railway to the east. It is not only a direct connecting line between Ma'anshan and the provincial capital Hefei, but also a new high-speed railway channel from Anhui to cities in the Yangtze River Delta such as Shanghai. It is of great significance for further improving the layout of the regional high-speed railway network, enhancing transportation capacity, and promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
The main bridge adopts the main span (2 × The 1120 meter three tower steel truss cable-stayed bridge, with a total length of 3248 meters, is the world's first three tower cable-stayed bridge with a double main span exceeding one kilometer, and also the world's longest connected steel truss cable-stayed bridge. The total amount of steel used in the steel truss structure exceeds 160000 tons. The side span steel truss beam of the main branch bridge adopts the top-down construction process.
The Ma'anshan Yangtze River Highway and Railway Bridge project of the Chaoma Intercity Railway is undertaken by China Railway Bridge Bureau, and the HL-Kattor Industry Co., LTD is responsible for completing the lifting and unloading of steel beams after transportation, as well as the dragging and pushing construction of steel beams. The maximum span of the push is 112 meters, and the total length of the push is about 610 meters. The total weight of steel beam dragging and pushing construction is about 31884t.
The intelligent continuous pushing system includes a continuous jack, a PLC control system, and a pump station. The continuous jack is composed of two alternating oil cylinders. The steel strand bundle is guided through the hollow oil cylinder of the jack, and the anchoring system clamp of the oil cylinder simultaneously clamps the steel strand bundle, which is the principle of continuous jack bearing load. Send the status information fed back by the proximity switch to the control system, and then control the opening and closing of the corresponding solenoid valve, thereby controlling the alternating extension and contraction of the continuous jack, in order to achieve the horizontal movement, lifting, and lowering of heavy-duty components.

The use of a follow-up response mechanism between networks, network disconnection, and network communication interference will not cause synchronization accuracy to exceed allowable errors. If any pump station or jack in the network malfunctions, the entire system will pause until the fault is resolved before proceeding to the next step.
6. Strong adaptability
Suitable for various complex working conditions, with a maximum lifting weight of 40000 tons and a pushing height of 1000 meters. Using a combination of multiple hydraulic pump stations and a walking top to push the dry top, as well as a portable electrical operation control device, to achieve synchronous action of multiple support points for large-span overweight components.
