The section from Yuanyang to Zhengzhou on the Anluo Expressway is a key construction project of the "13445 Project" of the Henan Provincial Expressway. The Yellow River Extra Large Bridge has a total length of 15.223 kilometers and will become the longest, widest, largest, highest tower, and most technically complex highway bridge on the Yellow River after completion. The main project of the YZSG-2 section of the Yellow River Expressway undertaken by China Communications Second Highway Engineering Bureau includes the south main bridge, south tower, south auxiliary bridge, and auxiliary structures of the bridge. The total length of the line is 3908.5 meters, and the total weight of the steel beams is about 64800 tons.

HL-KATTOR is responsible for the steel box girder top pushing and lifting engineering of the project, and has specially developed a non-standard WD75t fully rotating mast crane for this project, responsible for the steel box girder lifting engineering of the south main and auxiliary bridges. The synchronous jacking and weighing system is responsible for the steel box girder top pushing project of some parts of the highway, until the high-speed part is combined with the main bridge.

Ending of the last month, the WD75t fully rotating mast crane developed by HL-KATTOR

             was successfully installed and a trial lifting experiment was completed with the assistance of the technical team.

The maximum lifting capacity of the main hook of the WD75t/20t fully rotating mast crane is 75t; The maximum lifting capacity of the auxiliary hook is 20t; The horizontal spacing between fulcrums is 18m, and the vertical spacing is 10.5m; The horizontal spacing between anchor points is 20m; The longitudinal spacing is 9m and 10.5m.

This machine is mainly composed of lifting hooks, boom frames, variable amplitude mechanisms, tripods, turntables, chassis systems, longitudinal movement mechanisms, anchor support mechanisms, winches, and electrical hydraulic systems.
